ABOUT ME
NICE TO MEET YOU
Welcome/Croeso to Four Eyed Medic!
My name is Dr Steffan Williams (but that’s way too formal so just call me Steff), and I’m an ACCS Anaesthetics trainee in South Wales. I trained at Cardiff University Medical School for 5 years and completed my Foundation Training in Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB.
I’m a born and raised Welshman, and a proud Welsh speaker – so I’m more than happy to receive messages in either language and I may post in Welsh (Cymraeg) at times.
I’ve always been a big fan of reading and writing my thoughts, and I’ve been very fortunate to get some academic thoughts published, as well as present my research at conferences.
Through this blog, I aim to provide a glimpse into the life of a doctor, offering insights, sharing compelling stories, and discussing intriguing research.
Join me as I share my story of practicing Medicine and my journey towards my ultimate goal of becoming a dual CCT Anaesthetist and Intensivist!
UPCOMING PROJECTS
As I get this website started up, please bear with me as I add new sections.
In the long run, I hope to be able to create some videos discussing different topics as well as a virtual journal club.
Stay tuned!
